Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive client onboarding projects, creating and maintaining detailed project timelines to facilitate a seamless and transparent implementation experience.

• Provide clear, proactive, and client-oriented communication throughout the process, coordinating with Technical Solutions, GIS, and Development teams to ensure deliverables, dependencies, and milestones are aligned.

• Manage and implement data migration processes—cleansing, validating, transforming, and importing client data using Excel and AI-driven tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

• Deliver product training and presentations to transportation directors, route planners, and various stakeholders, both virtually and in-person (travel required).

• Establish yourself as a trusted expert in the industry and product, guiding clients through change management while continually exploring AI tools and automation to optimize processes and enhance data quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in software implementations, client onboarding, or related project management positions (additional value for experience with public sector clients).

• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities in cross-functional environments.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—you have the ability to simplify complex concepts.

• Proficiency in working with data in Excel and a willingness to utilize AI tools in your everyday tasks.
