This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate protocol and client specifications to create and document platform solutions.
• Oversee the configuration and programming tasks for all projects assigned on the ClinOne platform.
• Conduct iterative demonstrations of the configured product for clients at each project milestone.
• Manage assigned tasks according to set timelines, budgetary constraints, quality standards, and project scope.
• Monitor assigned tasks within the project management system, including hours worked, percentage completed, expected completion dates, and other critical metrics.
• Identify and promptly report risks and issues, collaborating with the project team to drive resolutions through innovative solutions.
• Engage with clients and project team members in a constructive and collaborative manner.
• Lead capability demonstrations for potential clients as needed.
• Conduct internal product training sessions as required.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management to ensure the effective operationalization of new products and features.
• Execute product quality control and contribute to product requirements.
• Continuously enhance the quality of the configuration process.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical or scientific discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in transforming requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle along with the specification and configuration of software products.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment across various teams and projects.
• Exceptional time management, communication (both oral and written), and organizational abilities.
• Capable of exercising judgment to identify risks and issues and creatively develop solutions.
• Proficient in engaging in discussions with diverse groups that may have conflicting interests.
• Comfortable leading product demonstrations for large audiences.
• Willingness to acquire new skills and share knowledge with others.
• Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to work autonomously.
• Experience in configuring technical solutions for clinical trials.
• Familiarity with the clinical research environment and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Experience in implementing new products and product features.
• Background in Agile methodologies or continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma).
