Implementation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver effective implementations and impactful managed services for both new and existing clients.

• Take ownership of the complete lifecycle of client deployments utilizing MeridianLink’s software solutions.

• Propel successful launches, ensure user adoption, and foster long-term value for customers.

• Collaborate with clients to manage their expectations, achieve milestones, and transition smoothly from implementation to regular usage.

• Coordinate with various teams to address challenges and enhance customer results.

• Educate clients on advanced platform features and offer best-practice guidance.

• Identify opportunities to improve software utilization.

• Convert customer feedback into actionable insights for the Product team.

• Design and implement initiatives that align with client goals and objectives.

• Oversee client onboarding activities, including core connectivity and third-party integrations.

• Facilitate communication between clients and MeridianLink departments.

• Manage communications and expectations with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the deployment process.

• Guide project resources towards completion while delivering proactive and responsive client service.

• Follow project timelines, organize tasks effectively, and optimize productivity and utilization.

• Anticipate potential issues and facilitate resolutions before they escalate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree along with 2–4 years of relevant experience.

• Comprehensive understanding of MeridianLink’s licensed software and its capabilities.

• Moderate skill level and proficiency in the relevant subject area.

• Capability to handle increasingly complex tasks under moderate supervision.

• Ability to exercise independent judgment effectively.

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Systems.

• Capacity to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities at the same time.

• Team-oriented attitude and adaptability.

• Must pass MeridianLink’s background check, credit check, and drug test as part of the hiring process.

• Must provide valid documentation confirming identity and authorization to work in the United States.
