• Oversee designated projects utilizing effective project management strategies to achieve both business and IT goals.
• Take ownership of the deliverables associated with assigned projects.
• Demonstrate the ability to identify and document business rules, data types, and conversion requirements.
• Ensure that system configurations align with the required documentation, including conducting quality assurance and testing to confirm accuracy prior to delivery.
• Manage Census and Enrollment Data along with Quality Assurance.
• Address issues related to format, data, and reports during data conversion, while effectively communicating with internal stakeholders and discussing significant findings during the conversion process.
• Facilitate the flow and timeline of the implementation to meet established deadlines, escalating issues as needed.
• Offer brokers guidance, training, and ongoing technical assistance.
• Collaborate with the Broker team to ensure a smooth transition from Implementation to Service/Account Management, focusing on employer group satisfaction and continuity.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of all client data in accordance with client, platform, company policy, and HIPAA regulations.
• Communicate technical issues and challenges to non-technical clients effectively.
• Manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Work cooperatively with internal partners to address issues.
• Acquire knowledge and develop the ability to manipulate various aspects of implementation and system configuration.
• Stay informed and competent in most areas of implementation and system configuration.
• Maintain accountability for successful project implementations.
• Respond promptly to email and phone support requests.
• Engage in staff meetings, conference calls, and other necessary meetings.
• Participate in training sessions, shadowing opportunities, and continuous education to enhance knowledge of implementation and system configuration processes.
• Basic knowledge of Insurance and Employee Benefits (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent technical aptitude.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills, with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of managing projects and multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Competence in handling and resolving issues effectively.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to function as an effective team member and collaborate well with others.
• Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours on occasion.
• At least 1 year of experience in a position involving data analysis and/or project management.
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not essential).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills (may be required to undergo proficiency testing).
• Daily online attendance is required in a remote work environment during standard business hours.
• Occasional in-person and/or hybrid attendance is required for company and/or team meetings.
• The Company reserves the right to mandate in-person attendance at the Company’s worksite at any time.
• The Company also retains the right to make full-time attendance at the Company’s worksite an essential job function for this position if necessary to enhance productivity, foster teamwork, conduct training, better serve customer needs, or achieve any other valid business objective.
