This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist the Head of Impact in overseeing strategic priorities, managing workflows, and ensuring follow-through across the Impact portfolio.

• Facilitate internal planning processes, which include annual planning, Impact Leadership Team meetings, quarterly priorities, team objectives, and progress monitoring.

• Monitor priorities, deadlines, dependencies, and crucial decisions across various workstreams to guarantee alignment and execution.

• Identify opportunities to enhance team efficiency, internal communications, and operational procedures.

• Create high-quality briefing materials, meeting agendas, notes, action trackers, and internal summaries.

• Aid in managing the rhythm of the Impact team, ensuring that meetings are purposeful and outcomes are documented and acted upon.

• Organize and maintain essential team materials, including strategy documents, dashboards, partner trackers, and briefing notes.

• Support coordination with Impact, Impact Communications, Policy, Research, Philanthropic Partnerships, Culture & Engagement, and leadership teams.

• Ensure alignment among teams and assist in translating strategy into coordinated actions.

• Provide light project management support for initiatives that span multiple stakeholders.

• Assist in preparing for external meetings, convenings, donor discussions, and partnership dialogues.

• Monitor key initiatives and special projects led by the Head of Impact to ensure progress and follow-through.

• Offer research, synthesis, and logistical support for high-priority engagements.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, team operations, strategy support, program management, or similar roles.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Excellent writing and synthesis abilities.

• Strong judgment and discretion in dealing with sensitive information.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Experience supporting senior leaders is a plus.

• A strong passion for environmental conservation, social impact, or mission-driven work is highly preferred.
