This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Promote the client’s Biosimilar products to Physician Offices in Immunology, Dermatology, Oncology, and Integrated Health Systems.
• Meet and exceed sales targets for the promoted Biosimilar products within the designated territory.
• Introduce new products in complex integrated health systems.
• Formulate and execute business plans that align with the Client’s customer-facing initiatives.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and healthcare providers.
• Collaborate effectively with Account Team members in hospital settings and physician-owned infusion centers.
• Engage with decision-makers to expedite purchasing processes and secure new orders.
• Execute national strategies and programs efficiently.
• Maintain regular collaboration and communication with the Client’s customer-facing teams.
• Adhere to company and client compliance policies and procedures.
• Report directly to the Associate Director, Area Manager.
• Foster positive working relationships with healthcare customers and client representatives.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in biopharmaceutical sales or related healthcare sales or services.
• Preferred: At least 3 years of experience in specialty sales, specifically selling biologics in Immunology, Dermatology, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, or Oncology.
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy products, buy and bill models, and business-to-business sales approaches.
• Experience in managing complex accounts and territories.
• Proven ability to collaborate with various customer-facing roles.
• Background in hospital environments, infusion centers, and specialty pharmacies.
• Comprehensive understanding of billing codes, reimbursement processes, medical benefits dynamics, and managed care.
• Knowledge of patient coverage verification processes.
• Familiarity with Medicare Part B is preferred.
• Understanding of Specialty Pharmacy operations.
• Capability to drive the utilization of an infused product within a complex integrated healthcare system.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and effective sales skills, including the ability to ask probing questions.
• Ethical mindset and robust compliance knowledge required for working in a regulated industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Successful completion of client training is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel as necessary within the territory, including overnight and/or weekend travel.
• Ability to attend work-related meetings and functions, including overnight and/or weekend travel.
• Capability to submit and maintain all required credentials, training, vaccination information, and job-related documentation.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
