📋 Description

• Responsible for the implementation of specific modules of our ERP system WOWIPORT for our clients

• Coordination of appointments and budget monitoring

• Close collaboration with the Project Manager

• Subject matter expert for WOWIPORT Key Users

• Independent data maintenance in the project tool Asana

• Proactive communication of optimization proposals and training materials

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training as a real estate management assistant or a degree with a focus on real estate or housing management

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the housing and real estate sector

• IT affinity and proficiency in using real estate software

• Ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner

• Self-organization and willingness to travel
