This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Customer Onboarding: You will be the primary contact for our new clients, facilitating our welcome events, guiding our newcomers through our Academy, and holding regular check-in meetings to update them on what to expect leading up to software implementation.

• Project Management & System Maintenance: You will ensure that nothing hinders a smooth start for our new clients by administratively managing aspects such as creating projects in our project management tool, Asana, and keeping them updated in coordination with project managers and project consultants.

• Client Support & Assistance: You will assist our clients via our project hotline (through email and phone) with inquiries related to the software implementation phase. You will independently address their concerns, process tickets, and collaborate with colleagues as necessary.

• Quality Assurance & Optimization: By regularly analyzing tools and tickets, you will identify challenges and develop or assist in solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have completed training as a real estate agent or a degree in fields such as real estate management, housing management, or business sciences, or possess a similar qualification.

• You have gained practical experience in a housing industry company.

• You understand the processes involved in the housing and real estate sectors.

• You are IT-savvy, communicative, reliable, and customer-oriented—independent and structured working, along with friendliness, are second nature to you.
