📋 Description

• Inspection and assessment of residential, commercial, and specialized properties

• Responsibility for evaluating and documenting the technical condition of properties

• Conducting measurements and calculating living spaces

• Documentation of the current construction status and any necessary maintenance measures

• Regular digital communication with colleagues regarding team-related topics

⛳️ Requirements

• Affinity for real estate or initial experience in the real estate sector

• Ideally, experience in the area of living spaces and measurements

• Strong communication skills

• Reliability and the ability to work independently

• Precision, conscientiousness, and responsible conduct

• Service-oriented and friendly demeanor

• Proficiency in using Office programs (Excel, MS Teams, Outlook)

• Driver's license class B
