Immigration Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee a comprehensive portfolio of Canadian immigration cases, particularly focusing on immigration related to Quebec.

• Prepare and file compliant applications for Work Permits, Permanent Residence, and ensure Employer compliance.

• Provide corporate clients with guidance on immigration strategies, eligibility criteria, timelines, and potential risks.

• Serve as the principal point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

• Guarantee adherence to regulations set forth by IRCC, ESDC, and MIFI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) acknowledged by the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration (MIFI).

• Active member in good standing with the appropriate regulatory organization.

• Over 3 years of experience in corporate Canadian immigration.

• Strong understanding of Canadian and Quebec immigration programs.

• Capability to independently handle a high volume of complex corporate cases.

• Detail-oriented, driven by deadlines, and focused on client satisfaction.

• Proficient in both French and English.
