Immigration Associate – Strategic Consultations – All Levels, EB-1, EB-2 NIW/O-1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the representative of your team and the initial Manifest attorney that many potential clients connect with: conduct consultations, evaluate case viability, and suggest the best course of action.

• Utilize your legal expertise to determine which prospects have actionable cases, quickly establish trust, and set transparent, realistic expectations.

• Conduct a significant number of consultations and represent Manifest publicly when appropriate.

• Ensure a seamless transition for engaged clients into case production, fostering confidence during the handoff process.

• Leverage Manifest's AI tools and technology.

• Document clear and comprehensive consultation notes and recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• J.D. and active admission to the U.S. bar.

• Strong understanding of extraordinary ability and high-skilled categories, including EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A.

• Authentic warmth and a natural sales instinct.

• Enthusiasm for high-volume, daily client interactions.

• Clear and assertive communication skills.

• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with substantial volume expectations.
