Image Service Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Support the implementation of all Image Services operations, ensuring a strong emphasis on data accuracy and dependability in line with established procedures, sponsor protocols, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Deliver image collection services to stakeholders involved in data gathering and user system functionalities.

• Play a vital role in providing exceptional image services assistance to both internal and external clients, clinical sites, and sponsors.

• May necessitate the ability to work shifts, statutory holidays, and offer on-call support as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• The ideal candidate should have at least a one-year post-secondary certificate or 1-3 years of relevant experience.

• A genuine interest in imaging, clinical research, data, and contributing to human health is essential.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service, are crucial for this role.
