Image Management Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of clinical imaging data, comprising PET, SPECT, CT, and MRI, for clinical research trials.

• Conduct data entry and coordinate project activities.

• Receive, evaluate, reconcile, and transfer data from global research centers.

• Ensure data integrity through quality assurance procedures.

• Monitor issues and carry out reconciliation tasks.

• Liaise with internal project teams and external research centers.

• Track and reconcile data accurately.

• Review and maintain image data files meticulously.

• Facilitate the electronic transfer of large image-based data files between remote locations.

• Provide troubleshooting and support to remote trial centers.

• Address transfer errors and manage permission access rights.

• Transcribe data across operating systems and archive media efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with study timelines and image format protocols/guidelines.

• Undertake additional responsibilities and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• Experience in clinical research or a computer-related field is preferred.

• Strong administrative capabilities, including both written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to compare/merge documents and track changes.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.

• Relevant experience showcasing organizational abilities.

• Process-oriented for effective follow-through of internal procedures.

• Familiarity with radiological images and DICOM is advantageous.
