This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for the deployment of Saviynt solutions for clients.
• Conduct evaluations and develop IGA roadmaps for client needs.
• Assist in formulating proposals for IGA implementations and assessments.
• Contribute to drafting statements of work for IGA-related projects.
• Create deliverable templates and serve as a subject matter expert during client interactions.
• Provide mentorship and direction to junior engineers; may offer feedback and guidance on specific engineering assignments.
• Over seven years of practical experience in designing, architecting, and building IGA solutions, including Saviynt and other IGA platforms.
• Proficient with common connectors such as Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, JDBC, Exchange, Mainframe, web service connectors, and authoritative source integrations (e.g., SAP and Workday).
• Familiarity with Java/J2EE, Beanshell, XML, and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Experienced in IIQ workflows, including joiner, leaver, and mover processes.
• Thorough understanding of the IIQ object model, rules, and policies.
• Knowledgeable in both lifecycle manager and compliance manager modules.
• Experienced in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for developing technical documentation and presentations.
• Proven experience in leading technical architecture and security design discussions with development and infrastructure teams.
• Background in consultative and complex technical deployment projects, managing relationships with various stakeholders.
• Awareness of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging trends in computing.
• Demonstrated success in project delivery concerning estimates, planning, and deliverables using project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with Privileged Access Management solutions or Okta is a significant advantage.
