I&E Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the upkeep and repair of all instruments and control systems.

• Oversee maintenance and repair tasks for electrical, electronic, and pneumatic components on compressor, generator, and pump units.

• Execute inspections, calibrations, repairs, testing, adjustments, installations, and removals of all electronic equipment and systems.

• Assess, repair, and/or replace components such as instruments, valves, disconnects, and starters.

• Diagnose and perform repairs on automatic valves, motor starters, and conduct Meg testing on electrical motors, along with pneumatic and electronic instrumentation, electrical control panels, generator control panels, generators, and switchgears.

• Carry out routine maintenance on electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical devices utilizing hand and power tools, electrical and electronic measuring and testing devices, diagnostic equipment, vendor literature, technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.

• Conduct daily routine inspections for visible signs of Electrical and Instrumentation failures, including loose hanging wires, junction boxes, lighting issues, leaking tubing, and stuck shuttle valves.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum Experience: Experienced.

• Knowledgeable in Allen Bradley PLCs, Rosemount and Siemens transmitters, Versa valves, Westlock indicators, and Fisher control valves.
