I&E Services Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Providing expert installation, commissioning, and maintenance services for HV and LV drives, as well as PLC-based automation systems in various industrial settings.

• Overseeing comprehensive fault diagnosis and repair processes, delivering both remote and on-site assistance to reduce customer downtime.

• Promoting safety and compliance by crafting detailed risk assessments, method statements, and professional site documentation.

• Working collaboratively with internal teams and clients to pinpoint opportunities for service enhancement and technical advancements.

• Offering 24/7 service support, showcasing flexibility and dedication to sustaining vital infrastructure for our clients.

• Revising technical documentation and equipment schematics to maintain accurate records for future service initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in interpreting intricate electronic and electrical engineering schematics and circuit diagrams.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to variable speed drives and PC/PLC equipment.

• Familiarity with EHS regulations and a commitment to upholding the highest safety standards on-site.

• Specialized knowledge in electrical or power electronics engineering, acquired through hands-on experience or formal education.

• A strong desire to deliver exceptional service and cultivate lasting relationships with customers.

• A formal education or recognized engineering apprenticeship in an electrical or power electronics field is beneficial, but we prioritize your overall experience and professional accomplishments.
