Identity and Access Management Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and enhance Okta integrations throughout the organization by utilizing the Okta Integration Network to link essential business applications.

• Work collaboratively with various teams to develop and implement RBAC standardization across the organization.

• Ensure, monitor, and report on user access reviews while assisting the audit and GRC teams during access review periods.

• Design and execute automation strategies using Okta Workflows, BetterCloud, and scripting to minimize manual provisioning and access management burdens.

• Create and uphold device and conditional access policies, guaranteeing secure implementation within production environments.

• Generate clear and maintainable documentation to facilitate team knowledge and operational continuity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Okta, along with familiarity with Microsoft Entra and/or Google Workspace.

• Hands-on experience with SAML, OIDC, and OAuth for custom internal application deployments.

• Over 5 years of experience managing IAM within a cloud-based identity provider.

• Comfortable functioning as the primary IAM owner in a rapidly growing environment.

• Strong knowledge of least privilege, zero trust architecture, and RBAC, along with practical application across a varied user and application landscape.
