Ideation Strategist – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on trends, topics, and keywords relevant to the YouTube platform.

• Independently develop and propose innovative viral video concepts and formats, as well as work on assigned projects.

• Review, categorize, and distill raw sources of inspiration.

• Facilitate group brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas.

• Create and refine titles and copy for YouTube thumbnails.

• Collaborate daily with a remote contractor team to encourage strategic creative inspiration.

• Prior experience with YouTube is preferred.

• Familiarity with influencers, creators, and current video trends, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.

• A humble attitude is essential; you should be open to learning and growing, as we aim to mold and teach you.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• A team-oriented mindset is crucial; this position requires strong communication skills and the capacity to adapt quickly to changing directions.
