ICT Associate Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• This role is situated within DLB’s Mission Critical Department, primarily concentrating on hyperscale data centers and associated mission-critical facilities.

• Collaborate with the entire design team and supervise the complete cycle of ICT design activities.

• Serve as a member of the organizational leadership team to formulate and refine company policies, contributing to the growth and success of the firm.

• Supervise and guide the ICT teams to deliver projects with complex scopes and extensive programs.

• Contribute to and manage growth and recruitment within the ICT department.

• Aid in the formulation of policies and procedures.

• Communicate and operate in alignment with organizational goals and values, along with departmental objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of ten years of relevant industry experience.

• A Bachelor’s degree can be considered equivalent to two years of experience.

• A Graduate degree can be regarded as equivalent to four years of experience.

• Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) License or an equivalent professional certification.

• At least two years of experience in a leadership or management role, demonstrating a proven track record of effective people leadership in prior positions.
