This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver coaching, organizational development, and strategic support for company transformation initiatives.
• Analyze current situations and propose enhancements for organizational structures, projects, programs, and workflows.
• Review, assess, and interpret complex documentation.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of organizational structures, initiatives, programs, and processes.
• Document the existing capabilities of the organization and its programs.
• Utilize process improvement methodologies to document processes.
• Design and facilitate workshops, focus groups, workgroups, and meetings.
• Create change management and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, summaries, and After-Action Reports.
• Develop communication plans and produce internal and external communication materials.
• A BA/BS degree is required.
• An MA/MS degree in a related field is preferred.
• Coaching certification (ICF PCC) is mandatory.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience as a coach and facilitator is necessary.
• Experience working on government contracts in a consultative capacity is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is required.
• Experience in executive-level coaching, consulting, or related roles.
• Familiarity with 360-degree and other psychometric assessments.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles as well as behavioral, cognitive, and social psychology.
