This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Offers extensive technical expertise within a designated portfolio, providing guidance to both the sales team and customers on how to effectively utilize and integrate Siemens products.

• The ICS is responsible for delivering technical and clinical support to healthcare providers and laboratory personnel for diagnostic catheters and ultrasound systems, particularly focusing on Structural Heart and the ACUSON AcuNav Volume ICE catheter.

• Actively engages in both internal and external training sessions, ensuring proficiency in 2D/4D workflow techniques and possessing a strong understanding of competitive products.

• Provides clinical product and technical guidance, as well as training for physicians and staff on the effective use of the AcuNav Volume (ICE) Catheter in cardiac interventional and electrophysiology labs.

• Utilizes consultative selling strategies to uncover potential sales opportunities within the assigned accounts.

• Enhances customer case support capabilities through effective planning and scheduling practices.

• Remains updated on company product usage instructions, best practices, technical troubleshooting, relevant scientific literature, and new product developments.

• Prioritizes and responds to requests in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and a focus on problem-solving during challenging interactions.

• Collaborates in diagnostic discussions with various internal and external business partners and stakeholders, developing solutions based on insights gathered during these conversations.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical echocardiography lab, emphasizing structural heart and 3D/4D imaging, or comparable industry experience.

• Certification as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) in adult or pediatric echocardiography is preferred.

• Maintains up-to-date clinical knowledge of the healthcare industry, including disease states, therapeutic approaches, and institutional trends.

• Must be willing and able to travel up to 75% overnight on local, regional, and national assignments, sometimes with short notice, and should reside within a reasonable distance from an airport.

• Capable of standing for extended periods in a hospital lab setting, participating in live patient cases while wearing protective gear (e.g., lead aprons), and flexible with work hours to meet customer demands.
