iCasino Operations Coordinator – 12-Month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive launch process of casino content across various jurisdictions.

• Support the introduction of content into new states and provinces by ensuring all materials are prepared.

• Monitor monthly and quarterly release schedules.

• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Marketing, Compliance, and Technology teams.

• Work closely with regulatory partners to guarantee that all content is certified.

• Utilize reporting and performance metrics to pinpoint content opportunities.

• Keep precise records of launches, supplier updates, and procedures.

• Aid in identifying content deficiencies by market, region, or player segment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in iGaming, casino operations, product operations, or a related field.

• Proficient in working with large data sets and translating data into actionable insights.

• Familiarity with casino products, promotions, and bonus structures.

• Experience using provider back-office systems.

• Strong Excel skills are essential.

• A keen interest in AI tools and automation solutions that enhance efficiency.
