This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage in hands-on coding within client applications to implement ICAM libraries, SDKs, and APIs utilizing Okta and SailPoint platforms.
• Develop, test, and uphold source code for software applications across diverse programming languages, in line with contemporary industry standards and best practices.
• Create and maintain integrations between Okta and SailPoint with enterprise applications, ensuring fluid identity lifecycle management and access governance.
• Set up and customize Okta workflows, policies, and application integrations to fulfill customer specifications.
• Develop and sustain configurations, rules, and workflows for SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ to support provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certification processes.
• Implement and support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federation protocols including SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Execute unit testing, integration testing, and debugging of ICAM-related application code and configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams comprising security engineers, system architects, and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Facilitate the integration of ICAM solutions with both legacy systems and modern cloud-based platforms.
• Generate and maintain technical documentation including design documents, integration guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in code reviews, contributing to and upholding coding best practices and security standards.
• Operate within an Agile software development environment while achieving government project milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues linked to identity, authentication, and access management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Over 5 years of experience in software application development.
• More than 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and developing within Okta and/or SailPoint platforms.
• Practical experience in application-level coding to implement ICAM libraries and integrations within Okta and/or SailPoint platforms.
• Proficiency in one or several programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Strong comprehension and practical experience implementing SSO, MFA, and federation standards including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Experience in developing and maintaining SailPoint workflows, rules, and provisioning configurations within IdentityNow or IdentityIQ.
• Familiarity with configuring Okta application integrations, lifecycle management policies, and Okta Workflows.
• Capability to write, test, debug, and maintain high-quality, secure source code across various programming languages.
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services and API-based integrations.
• Experience with identity lifecycle management concepts including provisioning, de-provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and access certifications.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with the capacity to diagnose and resolve complex identity and access management issues.
• Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal – with the ability to effectively convey information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Skill in creating and maintaining clear, comprehensive technical documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile Development Methodology, particularly Scrum.
