• Develop, manage, and enhance relationships with current customers in the DIY and electrical installation sectors.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities, transforming them into long-term customer relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for designated customers, ensuring their satisfaction, loyalty, and alignment with Prysmian's strategic goals.
• Showcase Prysmian's cable solutions and illustrate their value for electrical installations and industrial applications.
• Create competitive proposals, lead negotiations, and finalize contracts to meet company objectives.
• Keep track of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the DIY, installation, and mechanical engineering markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, product management, logistics) to guarantee seamless product delivery and fulfill customer requirements.
• Assist in technical discussions by aligning customer needs with Prysmian's product offerings.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with data center clients and wholesale channels.
• Discover new business opportunities in the data center sector and enhance Prysmian's market presence.
• Deliver presentations on Prysmian's specialized cable solutions designed for data center applications.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle: from quotation to negotiation and contract closure.
• Continuously monitor trends in data center infrastructure, customer demands, and the competitive environment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical alignment, timely delivery, and support throughout the product lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience in the cable industry, particularly in electrical installation, DIY, mechanical engineering, or data centers.
• Proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets and cultivating long-term customer relationships.
• A proactive mindset — ambitious, goal-driven, and eager to grow the business.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluency in German and English is mandatory, with additional languages being a plus.
• Strong customer orientation and the ability to comprehend technical requirements and suggest customized solutions.
• Willingness to travel within Germany (50–75%).
