This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Overseeing the daily operations of the team to ensure the efficient delivery of a high-quality IBA function.
• Leading and nurturing a team of IBA Technicians, assisting them in achieving both individual and collective goals.
• Maintaining and improving procedures along with training materials.
• Managing reconciliations of insurer statements, processing payments, and resolving any discrepancies.
• Ensuring that credit control deadlines are met while proactively managing aged debt.
• Handling bordereau payments and declarations.
• Managing reconciliations for client payments and refunds.
• Supporting Client Money audits.
• Reviewing and managing IBA logs.
• Preparing and reviewing Client Money Calculations.
• Assisting in the implementation of new systems and best practice processes.
• Ensuring compliance with CASS regulations at all times and adhering to FCA client money rules.
• Extensive experience in reconciling insurer accounts within an IBA function.
• In-depth knowledge of CASS 5 and client money regulations.
• Background in mentoring, training, performance management, and conducting one-on-ones and appraisals.
• High integrity when collaborating with stakeholders.
• Capability to deliver precise and timely financial reports.
• Strong attention to detail along with excellent time management abilities.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work remotely, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Acturis in an IBA function is a plus, but not essential.
