IB Coverage Associate III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Engage and collaborate with clients and their professionals throughout the transaction process.

• Prepare and review both private and public documents, including offering memoranda, S-1 filings, engagement letters, bid instruction letters, purchase and sale agreements, and more.

• Oversee and contribute to the development of marketing materials, pitch books, confidential offering memoranda, and management presentations.

• Demonstrated capability to manage due diligence sessions and oversee the execution of transactions from initial pitch to final closing.

• Skilled in financial modeling, comprehensive company analysis, and effective presentation of findings.

• Supervise, mentor, and train analysts and associates.
