IAM Technical Architect, Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the deployment of IGA solutions and ensure their integration with essential enterprise applications and infrastructure.

• Provide guidance to mid-level and junior Engineers; mentor and develop exceptional talent.

• Adhere to established life cycle methodologies and produce thorough design and testing documentation.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to troubleshoot technical issues through debugging and research.

• Support direct and partner sales teams with technical pre-sales activities, including the creation of proofs of concept (POCs) and addressing client objections.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum of 2 years at a Senior Consultant level or higher, specializing in the design and deployment of Identity Governance products.

• Domain Expertise:

• User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Reconciliation.

• Auditing, Reporting, and Access Certification.

• SoD (Segregation of Duties) and Cloud Security.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Java/J2EE and SQL.

• Familiarity with Web Services (REST/SOAP) and Directories.

• Experience with Unix Shell/Perl scripting and Batch Jobs.

• Soft Skills: Outstanding presentation abilities and capacity to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
