IAM Security Operations Engineer – Middle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee and troubleshoot IAM services.

• Manage identity lifecycle operations (Joiner/Mover/Leaver).

• Address complex and non-standard JML scenarios.

• Resolve issues related to SSO, IdP, provisioning flows, and Keycloak.

• Set up and maintain Adaxes automation rules, approval-based workflows, and role-based permissions.

• Implement modifications in IAM services and integrations, including Keycloak and Adaxes.

• Process JML access requests in accordance with approved RBAC models.

• Automate repetitive tasks associated with access management.

• Validate access requests based on least privilege and segregation of duties principles.

• Produce technical and user documentation, including UML models.

• Monitor the health of the IAM platform and proactively identify risks.

• Assist users with access and system requests in line with Security standards and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in IAM, identity operations, or security engineering roles.

• Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting IAM-related services (Keycloak, Adaxes, GWS).

• Experience in maintaining secure IAM integrations utilizing APIs and federation protocols (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).

• Practical experience with RBAC configuration and provisioning workflows.

• A solid understanding of IAM architecture concepts.

• Working knowledge of SSO, MFA, provisioning, and directory services.

• Awareness of identity-related security risks.

• Strong troubleshooting and log analysis capabilities.

• Understanding of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC – operational level).

• Ability to communicate clearly with business users.

• Capability to work independently on technical incidents.

• Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).

• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English (B1+).

• Strong command of the Russian language.
