This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the delivery of IAM during client onboarding stages: discovery, design, build, UAT, go-live, and stabilization.
• Convert client needs into access models, workflows, and RBAC mappings.
• Coordinate readiness milestones such as T-30, T-10, T-0, and T+10.
• Design and facilitate access request workflows through ServiceNow or other approved intake channels.
• Oversee Joiner, Mover, Leaver, rehire, transfer, and client-change lifecycle processes.
• Address issues related to workflows, approvals, and provisioning.
• Maintain RBAC models, entitlement mappings, and access profiles in accordance with the principle of least privilege.
• Support access reviews, certifications, exception management, and compensating controls.
• Create automation and integrations across IAM, ServiceNow, HR/Workday, and various applications.
• Ensure maintenance of audit evidence, SLA tracking, operational reporting, exceptions, SOPs, runbooks, and workflow documentation.
• Collaborate with IAM, ServiceNow, HR/Workday, Operations, PMO, and client teams.
• Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and decisions; aid in escalations during go-live and hypercare.
• Simplify technical IAM concepts into business impacts and operational values.
• A minimum of three years of experience in Identity and Access Management, cybersecurity, access provisioning, security operations, or a similar technology role.
• Experience in identity lifecycle management, encompassing joiner, mover, leaver, rehire, transfer, and access-change processes.
• Familiarity with workflow platforms, access request procedures, system integrations, or process automation.
• Understanding of RBAC, least privilege principles, and access governance.
• Proficiency with APIs, scripting, or automation techniques.
• Knowledge of SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, and LDAP protocols.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Willingness to embrace innovation, including AI, to enhance processes and improve patient and client experiences.
• Preferred: experience in supporting client onboarding, implementations, or large-scale transformation projects.
• Preferred: a background in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Preferred: familiarity with ITSM platforms, cloud identity solutions, and SaaS application settings.
• Preferred: experience in supporting audits, compliance, access reviews, or control validation.
• Preferred: relevant certifications such as Security+, ITIL, CISSP, or CISM.
