IA Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead the design and evolution of software architectures that align with business objectives and technical requirements for each project.

• Define and implement architectures based on microservices, nanoservices, event-driven architecture (EDA), and serverless environments.

• Design modernization strategies to transform monolithic applications into distributed architectures.

• Establish standards and best practices grounded in SOLID principles and architectural patterns.

• Design and oversee APIs and web services, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.

• Drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence technologies in development processes and delivered solutions.

• Lead initiatives in Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering to maximize the value of generative models.

• Optimize the use of LLMs by adjusting parameters, managing token consumption, and enhancing performance.

• Promote AI-assisted development using tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex.

• Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to define robust and efficient cloud architectures.

• Ensure software quality through methodologies, processes, and engineering best practices.

• Provide technical guidance to development teams and participate in defining the technological roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in designing and developing complex software architectures.

• Advanced knowledge of architectural patterns and Hexagonal Architecture.

• Mastery of SOLID principles.

• Experience with microservices, nanoservices, and event-driven architectures (EDA).

• Experience in serverless environments.

• Background as a Back-end Software Architect using JAVA.

• Extensive experience with the Spring Framework.

• Advanced knowledge of APIs, SOAP and REST web services, and API Management platforms.

• Experience in decomposing and migrating monolithic applications.

• Knowledge of applied security in development: authentication, authorization, identity, JWT, OAuth, and SAML.

• Familiarity with frontend architectures using Angular, React, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Experience with integration and continuous delivery tools in DevOps environments.

• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, or Redis.

• Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure and services: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Understanding of software development processes and software quality standards.

• Experience in Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering.

• Experience in AI-assisted development using GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex.

• Practical knowledge of LLMs, parameter tuning, token consumption optimization, and performance enhancement.

• Experience or knowledge of hyperscaler agent platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
