I&A Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Deliver onsite and remote consulting and educational programs to customers.

• Execute and uphold best-practice solutions for Intuitive medical technologies, instruments, and accessories.

• Facilitate standardization, efficiency, staff training, and cost management.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders in hospitals and partners within the Intuitive Ecosystem.

• Work in partnership with leadership, Sales, Advanced Failure Analysis, Marketing, Customer Services, and Tech Support.

• Ensure that customers have the necessary tools to initiate, enhance, and maintain successful da Vinci and Ion programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent biomedical training, Life Science, or technical equivalent.

• Over 5 years of verified professional experience in healthcare or hospital management.

• National Certification is preferred based on regional standards.

• Comprehensive understanding of regulations, standards, and guidelines concerning the reprocessing of reusable medical devices, including ISO and MDR.

• Experience or familiarity with the use, reprocessing, and regulations of complex medical devices.

• Strong mechanical aptitude coupled with problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven ability to work effectively within a team to drive results.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to diverse group sizes.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to maintain flexible work hours.

• Business acumen and the ability to navigate an executive business environment while understanding CSSD and OR business requirements.

• Proficient in delivering consistent and effective communication across various organizational levels.

• Skilled in planning, organizing, and managing highly complex and strategic projects involving multiple teams and individuals.

• Fluent in English, German, and French.

• Willingness to travel overnight up to 70% of the time.

• Minimum commitment of 24 months in this role is required to be considered for a transition to another position within the organization.
