I-Drone Operator, Skydio X10 Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Execute remote UAS flight operations while adhering to FAA Part 107 regulations and company protocols.

• Oversee live telemetry, video feeds, and mission data using multi-screen systems.

• Conduct thorough pre-flight checks and complete post-flight documentation.

• Maintain situational awareness throughout all flight operations.

• Communicate effectively with operations personnel and field teams.

• Accurately log flight data and fulfill necessary reporting requirements.

• Consistently follow standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.

• Engage in training and operational readiness drills.

• Organize and present test results.

• Carry out specialized inspections.

• May provide instruction and supervision to others.

• Undertake additional job-related tasks as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Some college education is preferred.

• Proven capability to effectively execute assigned NDT tasks and interpret inspection results.

• Familiarity with drone equipment.

• Possession of a current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written procedures accurately.

• Ability to maintain focus for prolonged periods during live operations.

• Flexibility to work rotating and non-traditional shifts.

• Understanding of aviation radio communication protocols.

• Experience in industrial inspection, particularly in the Oil and Gas sector, is preferred.

• Experience with Skydio X10 is required.
