HyperCare Consultant – Azure AD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for a diverse user base with varying technical expertise.

• Ensure users have the best possible experience through effective and friendly communication.

• Provide support in a mixed Windows and MacOS environment, utilizing a standard range of business peripherals.

• Manage and maintain an Office 365 environment.

• Oversee the administration and maintenance of Active Directory through physical servers and Azure VMs.

• Administer and uphold Intune.

• Keep technical documentation current and accurate.

• Record issues in the company’s ticketing system.

• Adhere to established MAC policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent.

• 3-7 years of experience in managing Windows Active Directory environments.

• Demonstrated experience with Azure AD and hybrid identity management.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Certificate Authority and PKI solutions.

• Strong expertise in Azure IaaS, including VM management, networking, and storage.

• Comprehensive understanding of Active Directory architecture, replication, and security best practices.

• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.

• Knowledge of network protocols, DNS, and fundamental TCP/IP concepts.

• Familiarity with cloud security principles and identity protection mechanisms.
