HVAC Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Responsible for maintaining commercial package cooling systems on Cell Phone Towers, including diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.

• Performing performance checks and routine maintenance on HVAC equipment.

• Executing additional maintenance or upgrades for out-of-season HVAC equipment.

• Responding promptly to service requests, including emergency call-out services.

• Ensuring timely and precise completion of daily work reports.

• Safely and legally operating and maintaining a motor vehicle in accordance with the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification (Required).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (commercial experience preferred).

• Basic understanding of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems, is preferred.

• Must demonstrate effective communication skills both verbally and via email.
