HVAC Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Overseeing commercial package cooling systems on Cell Phone Towers – identifying issues, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing system components.

• Carrying out performance evaluations and routine maintenance on HVAC systems.

• Implementing supplementary maintenance or enhancements to out-of-season HVAC equipment.

• Responding promptly to service requests, including urgent call-out situations.

• Completing daily work reports accurately and on time.

• Safely and legally operate and maintain a motor vehicle in accordance with the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance stipulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification (Required)

• Over 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (commercial experience preferred)

• Basic understanding of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems, is preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
