HVAC Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Intermediate to advanced skills in diagnosing and resolving issues related to heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems.

• Self-motivated and capable of independently handling a variety of intermediate HVAC service challenges and requirements.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure projects and tasks are completed promptly.

• Foster positive interactions with customers throughout all service engagements.

• Recognize and complete any additional tasks necessary to finish the service call efficiently.

• Manage inventory on the service vehicle.

• Participate in service and safety meetings.

• Travel to multiple service sites on a daily basis.

• Oversee the scheduling of maintenance and repairs for the company service vehicle, including routine upkeep, repairs, and ensuring a clean and organized interior and exterior.

• Provide assistance to fellow Service Technicians with inquiries and troubleshooting.

• Fill out the necessary forms for warranty parts processing.

• Carry out other assigned duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of HVAC experience is required.

• Must possess a valid state Driver’s License and auto insurance.

• Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check to operate a company vehicle.

• Capability to climb ladders and access attic and roof spaces.

• Ability to regularly lift, push, or pull 50 lbs; occasionally up to 75 lbs; and over 75 lbs with assistance.
