HVAC Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Assist in commercial energy-efficiency initiatives through practical HVAC maintenance, testing, and field verification tasks.

• Conduct HVAC tune-ups, maintenance, cleaning, and performance assessments on current commercial HVAC systems.

• Utilize diagnostic tools and mobile applications to evaluate system efficiency and provide necessary data.

• Diagnose HVAC performance problems and verify correct system functionality post-maintenance work.

• Occasionally install and replace fundamental energy-efficiency items, such as thermostats (training will be provided).

• Operate independently in the field, with limited administrative responsibilities.

• Meticulously document field activities, time, and expenses within the company's systems.

• Represent CLEAResult in a professional manner at customer locations, ensuring clear communication and a positive customer experience.

• Travel within a designated region (Fort Smith, AR area), including occasional overnight travel as required.

• Engage in onboarding and initial field training, which may necessitate travel for a brief period.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of practical HVAC experience, ideally as a service technician (focused on maintenance and troubleshooting).

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and the capability to conduct maintenance and testing independently.

• Proficient in using mobile devices (iPad/tablet), applications, and basic computer systems for field data entry.

• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.

• Eagerness to learn and adhere to standardized processes and mobile application workflows.

• Ability to work autonomously in the field with minimal oversight.

• Valid driver's license and the capacity to travel within the designated territory.

• HVAC licensure or certification is preferred but not mandatory; candidates may work under a licensed contractor if applicable.
