This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, implement, and assess technical training programs.
• Create training literature and materials, as well as design exercises to improve the training experience.
• Deliver live and online classes covering safety, installation, maintenance, service, repair, and technical communications.
• Report on training results and highlight areas needing individual attention to the training team and relevant managers.
• Strategically plan, design, create, and provide training and instructional programs utilizing instructor-led, train-the-trainer, electronic/web-based, and multimedia approaches.
• Engage in the design, development, and execution of comprehensive training programs.
• Conduct needs assessments to pinpoint technical training necessities.
• Facilitate both general and technology-focused training programs.
• Create handbooks, job aids, models, multimedia resources, computer tutorials, web-based tutorials, and standard operating procedures.
• Investigate educational technologies and methodologies, evaluating training efficacy through data collection tools and procedures.
• Suggest and implement innovative improvements to technology training initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, leaders, and stakeholders.
• Oversee or perform the administrative tasks required for the delivery and documentation of training programs.
• Carry out miscellaneous job-related tasks as assigned.
• A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong analytical, business acumen, and critical thinking abilities.
• Self-driven with the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in interpreting educational needs and crafting effective instructional solutions.
• Familiarity with designing, developing, implementing, and assessing training plans, curricula, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
• Capability to convey ideas clearly and succinctly.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Skills in project management and delivering presentations.
• Competence in resolving complex problems and challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build rapport, listen effectively, and deliver impactful training.
• Ability to consult with stakeholders and provide insights on technology and organizational matters.
• Proven ability to train adult learners effectively.
• Skill in prioritizing and executing tasks in a multifaceted environment.
• Capability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time, with variations depending on seasonal demands and projects.
