This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take ownership of and enhance lead-generation campaigns for HVAC and home-service businesses throughout the US.
• Oversee and improve paid media campaigns for HVAC and home-service clients utilizing Google Ads (Search, PMAX, Display, Video, Remarketing).
• Manage the setup, optimization, and continuous performance of Google Local Services Ads (LSA).
• Fine-tune campaigns to boost call volume, lead quality, CPA, and booked jobs.
• Execute and resolve issues related to conversion and call tracking using GA4, Google Ads, and lead-tracking platforms.
• Examine performance trends and recognize opportunities for scaling or enhancing efficiency.
• Collaborate on messaging, targeting inputs, and performance feedback with internal teams and external partners.
• Record optimization workflows and best practices for consistent execution.
• Keep abreast of updates in Google Ads, LSA, and local advertising top practices.
• Direct, hands-on experience managing paid advertisements for HVAC or home-service businesses.
• Extensive experience with Google Ads focused on local lead generation (Search, PMAX, Remarketing).
• Experience working in an agency setting.
• Proven track record in managing and optimizing Google Local Services Ads (LSA).
• Familiarity with GA4, call tracking, and attribution principles.
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical and optimization capabilities.
• Prior experience in remote work, proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar), and experience supporting US- or UK-based companies.
