HVAC Instructor – Project Based Instruction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide professional classroom instruction in air conditioning, heating, ventilation, boilers, and chilled water systems.

• Skilled in creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations.

• Demonstrated ability in classroom presentation and management.

• Capable of teaching a diverse range of students, including maintenance staff, HVAC technicians, building personnel, engineers, plant and safety managers, human resources specialists, and electricians.

• Competent in collaborating with the Sales Department and customers regarding technical inquiries, curriculum development, course delivery, and customizing training programs.

• Proficient in conveying technical information effectively to students with varying levels of experience.

• Skilled in discussing and promoting products and services to client decision-makers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience and a comprehensive understanding of air conditioning, heating, ventilation, boilers, and chilled water systems.

• Experienced and skilled in public speaking for the presentation of curriculum and technical materials.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

• Experience in conducting eight (8) hour daily courses in classroom settings or industrial environments.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation abilities.

• Possess a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

• Proficient in computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database software).

• Willingness to travel regularly within the United States.

• Valid driver’s license and capacity to operate NTT trucks and set up equipment at training sites.

• Current DOT card is required.

• Bilingual candidates are preferred.
