
HVAC Controls Sales Executive – Mission Critical

• Manage customer relationships to foster account growth and financial success.
• Collaborate closely with designated OEM accounts and potential clients.
• Provide direct sales and product assistance.
• Generate leads and conduct follow-ups.
• Develop proposals and negotiate supply agreements.
• Assist in product selection and specification.
• Prepare sales presentations.
• Offer applications support and promote products through formal demonstrations.
• Complete monthly revenue forecasts and track key sales indicators.
• Implement account development strategies.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Commercial Applied HVAC and/or controls.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• A BA/BS degree is preferred; technical/engineering degrees (BSCS, BSEE, BSME, BSTMET, BSEET, etc.) are advantageous.
• Familiarity with Automated Logic products is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Aptitude for collaborating with individuals of varying skill and knowledge levels.
• Solid understanding of HVAC and controls theory fundamentals.
• Strong comprehension of building communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, N2 Open, and LonWorks).
• Preferred experience in account sales and management, applications engineering, and/or product support.
• A good grasp of TCP/IP fundamentals, as well as LAN and WAN configurations, is preferred.
• Proficiency with the SalesForce CRM platform is preferred.
