This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +4 more states.
• Identify and source qualified candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and recruitment platforms.
• Assist in staffing proposals and developing candidate pipelines for federal government opportunities.
• Evaluate resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications and their fit with position requirements.
• Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, communication abilities, and overall compatibility.
• Document interview outcomes and provide recommendations to hiring managers and leadership.
• Manage candidate communications, interview scheduling, and recruiting activities throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain applicant tracking records and aid in candidate pipeline management efforts.
• Support onboarding processes, including new hire documentation, orientation coordination, and management of personnel files.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communication efforts.
• Keep recruiting, employee, and workforce data organized within company systems.
• Assist with workforce reporting, recruiting metrics, presentations, dashboards, and operational reporting.
• Aid in developing and updating job descriptions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), forms, templates, and Human Resources documentation.
• Conduct research on recruiting strategies, workforce planning, compensation trends, and human capital initiatives.
• Support compliance tracking, manage training records, oversee personnel documentation, and assist with workforce readiness activities.
• Help leadership with special projects related to Human Resources, Recruiting, Operations, and Business Administration.
• Provide administrative and operational assistance to the Human Capital team and company leadership as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational objectives.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable conducting professional phone and video interviews with candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, reliable, professional, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
