πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assist the Human Performance Manager in the planning, development, and coordination of technical training, guidance, and policy proposals.

β€’ Oversee, implement, document, and manage human performance services aimed at enhancing peak performance and reconditioning for SOF personnel.

β€’ Keep track of inventories for human performance supplies and equipment, prepare requisitions, and coordinate preventive maintenance efforts.

β€’ Create and disseminate training materials; manage staff training and travel logistics; and encourage interdisciplinary collaboration.

β€’ Gather, analyze, document, and present performance data to Human Performance and POTFF leadership, including input into the SPEAR enterprise database.

β€’ Facilitate the integration of service members and their families into assigned units, strengthen familial bonds, and assist with deployment and transition preparedness.

β€’ Work alongside medical, psychological, cognitive, performance, nutrition, and family support professionals.

β€’ Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to less experienced change management analysts.

β€’ Collaborate with product management and project management teams to ensure successful implementation of changes.

β€’ Directly communicate with clients.

β€’ Develop improved change management reporting systems.

β€’ Perform additional duties as assigned to support program and operational needs.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

β€’ An active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or the eligibility to obtain and maintain one is required.

β€’ A Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant professional experience are required, or a suitable combination of education and experience.

β€’ A Master's degree in exercise science, health science, physical education, or a related field is preferred.

β€’ At least five years of experience in planning and coordinating sport- or mission-specific performance programs, with proven results in collegiate, professional, military, or SOF settings.

β€’ Current professional certification in a relevant discipline, such as Certified Athletic Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Physical Therapist, Cognitive Performance Specialist, or Performance Dietitian.

β€’ Experience in multi-domain human performance programming is preferred.

β€’ Familiarity with strength and conditioning, performance nutrition, reconditioning, and team dynamics is necessary.

β€’ Must be able to operate effectively in fast-paced, mission-oriented environments while demonstrating sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism.

β€’ Excellent written, verbal, organizational, data management, and collaborative skills are essential.

β€’ Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental U.S.

β€’ Internet speed must be at least 25 Mbps or 50 Mbps for shared internet access.

β€’ Minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps is required.

β€’ A Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable connection to the home router is necessary.

β€’ A private and secure work area with an adequate power source must be maintained.

β€’ A smartphone is required for logging into Maximus systems.
