This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, offboarding, and the maintenance of precise employee records.
β’ Assist in recruitment activities by advertising job vacancies, evaluating candidates, and organizing virtual interviews.
β’ Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant employment regulations.
β’ Address employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism.
β’ Support payroll processing, manage benefits administration, and monitor time tracking.
β’ Keep HR documentation, policies, and procedures current and organized.
β’ Monitor employee performance, conduct evaluations, and manage training programs.
β’ Produce HR reports and provide assistance during audits as necessary.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a comparable role.
β’ Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law compliance.
β’ Exceptional communication abilities, both in writing and verbally.
β’ High degree of organization and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a remote work setting.
β’ Familiarity with HRIS platforms and remote collaboration tools.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
β’ Experience in supporting a remote or international workforce (preferred).
β’ Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus (preferred).
