• Create, enhance, and sustain job descriptions, hiring documents, and recruitment materials for EUA-related roles.
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job advertisements on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other designated sourcing platforms, as well as sourcing candidates, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews.
• Develop and nurture talent pipelines through proactive recruiting outreach and strategic sourcing methods.
• Organize onboarding and offboarding processes to guarantee a seamless and compliant experience for employees.
• Maintain candidate tracking systems, recruitment documentation, and reports on hiring status.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, reporting standards, and best practices in recruiting.
• Assist with performance management and various human resources initiatives.
• Offer general project management, administrative assistance, and recruitment communications pertinent to EUA hiring initiatives and organizational expansion.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field).
• Over 5 years of experience in HR recruitment.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
