This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Create, enhance, and uphold job descriptions, hiring documentation, and recruitment materials for EUA-related roles.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, which includes job postings on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other designated sourcing channels, as well as candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Establish and sustain talent pipelines through proactive recruiting outreach and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Organize onboarding and offboarding processes to guarantee a seamless and compliant employee experience.
• Manage candidate tracking systems, recruitment documentation, and hiring status reports.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, reporting obligations, and recruiting best practices.
• Assist with performance management and additional human resources initiatives.
• Deliver general project management, administrative support, and recruitment communications related to EUA hiring efforts and organizational development.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field).
• Over 5 years of experience in HR recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
