• Uniting specialists in Total Rewards, Disability Management, Health & Safety, and various HR functions to address business issues.

• Leading initiatives focused on performance, succession planning, and employee development that generate tangible results.

• Questioning outdated methods and discovering innovative solutions to enhance the employee experience.

• You are bilingual in English and French.

• You possess over 5 years of progressive HR experience within a corporate, consulting, or professional services setting.

• You have a strong understanding of CNESST, disability management, and employment standards throughout Atlantic Canada.
