This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the primary liaison for employee relations issues, addressing workplace concerns, performance challenges, policy clarification, and conflict resolution.
β’ Provide guidance to managers regarding employee performance, corrective measures, and terminations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
β’ Offer daily coaching and support to managers on employee engagement, effective communication, and people management strategies.
β’ Assist leadership in managing organizational changes, performance evaluations, and employee development initiatives.
β’ Oversee HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance assessments, and offboarding processes.
β’ Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, OSHA, and government contractor obligations.
β’ Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to reflect regulatory changes.
β’ Manage HR recordkeeping, ensuring data accuracy and the confidentiality of employee information.
β’ Administer employee benefits programs, including open enrollment, leave management (FMLA, ADA), and responding to employee inquiries.
β’ Collaborate with external vendors and PEO partners to guarantee timely and precise benefits and payroll assistance.
β’ Supervise recruiting operations by managing the Senior Recruiter.
β’ Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, hiring requirements, and onboarding processes.
β’ Assist in compensation and job structure initiatives in partnership with leadership and external collaborators.
β’ Lead special projects and organizational initiatives as assigned.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ Over 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources with a strong emphasis on employee relations.
β’ Proven experience in advising managers and aiding leadership in decision-making processes.
β’ Solid understanding of federal and multi-state employment laws and regulations.
β’ Experience in supporting remote or geographically dispersed teams.
β’ Capability to exercise independent judgment and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
