This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• The HR Manager serves as a pivotal role in Adjuvant Behavioral Health’s (ABH) People Strategy.
• Responsible for crafting and managing the company’s Human Resources strategy and processes, which include onboarding and performance management systems for all employees.
• Supervise the ambitious growth and recruitment strategies.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive People / HR strategy encompassing recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and retention.
• Establish and implement the recruiting strategy to support Adjuvant’s significant growth expansion across the US, covering Clinical roles (Licensed Therapists), Medical roles (APPs), CoCM roles (Care Manager), and Business Development roles.
• Enhance job descriptions, roles, and the onboarding/offboarding processes for various programs throughout the organization.
• Lead ABH’s external branding and marketing initiatives, including management of the website, social media presence, and event strategies in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Develop pipelines for various roles and initiatives as necessary.
• Implement a scalable onboarding program for all new ABH staff members.
• Oversee ABH’s benefits and equity offerings.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in Healthcare HR and recruitment across distributed locations (preferably nationally) and various seniority levels.
• Proven track record of addressing complex challenges and achieving substantial impact; self-motivated and detail-oriented with a strong desire to enhance the organization's reputation and success.
• Familiarity with HR processes, including interviewing and candidate assessment.
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, emphasizing tact and diplomacy.
• Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time effectively.
• Proactive in taking initiative and fostering effective, productive relationships while consistently making positive contributions in a dynamic work environment.
