πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Addresses employee relations issues and advises managers on employment law compliance.

β€’ Develops performance management strategies and promotes best practices for positive employee relations.

β€’ Collaborates proactively with leadership to tackle significant performance and conduct challenges,

β€’ offering guidance aimed at minimizing risks and safeguarding the business.

β€’ Coaches managers on effectively recognizing and differentiating between performance issues and behavioral problems.

β€’ Ensures strategies for resolution are consistent and compliant with the established disciplinary framework.

β€’ Advises on delivering constructive feedback, preparing effective disciplinary documentation, and creating clear objectives and performance reviews.

β€’ Works alongside representatives from the National Service Center on internal investigations and intricate personnel matters.

β€’ Informs managers about the intent and spirit of relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

β€’ Conducts investigations into employee complaints regarding policy breaches and proposes resolutions to key stakeholders.

β€’ Delivers outstanding customer service through the effective resolution of issues.

β€’ Maintains strict confidentiality and sensitivity when managing all private data and confidential matters.

β€’ Keeps accurate employee records and inputs personnel changes into the HRIS (OracleHCM).


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution is required.

β€’ HR certification is preferred.

β€’ A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant human resources experience, with exposure to a variety of employee relations issues.

β€’ Coursework in employee relations or employment law is highly desirable.

β€’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.

β€’ Proven experience in resolving complex issues; strong influencing, mediation, and dispute resolution abilities are needed.

β€’ Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without any restrictions or sponsorship is required.
